These Terms of Use apply to globiohub.com and the public content, forms and resources provided through the website. GlobioHub is operated by Globio Hub Institute. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. General information

The website provides information about GlobioHub, education advisory, EdTech ideas, books, articles, podcasts, speaking, partnerships, community activities and future events. Website content is general information and is not a promise that every listed project or service is currently available.

2. No professional relationship

Visiting the website, sending a form or receiving a reply does not automatically create a client, advisor, partnership, employment, membership or other professional relationship. A formal relationship exists only when both sides agree in writing.

3. No professional advice

Website content does not replace legal, immigration, financial, investment, accounting, tax, medical, mental-health, employment, regulatory or accredited academic advice. You are responsible for obtaining qualified advice for your situation.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the website for lawful personal, professional and informational purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to damage, disable or interfere with the website.
• Access systems, accounts or data without permission.
• Submit false, unlawful, abusive, discriminatory or harmful content.
• Use automated tools to scrape personal information or create unwanted contact lists.
• Copy, sell or republish substantial website content without permission.
• Use the GlobioHub name, logo or content in a way that suggests an endorsement, partnership or affiliation that does not exist.

5. Intellectual property

The website design, brand materials, writing, audio, video, graphics, book materials and original content are owned by Globio Hub Institute, Onur Guler or their licensors, unless another owner is stated. You may share a normal link and quote short passages with clear credit. Other copying, adaptation or commercial use requires written permission.

6. User submissions

When you send a message, application, comment, testimonial, image or other material, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate another person’s rights. You remain responsible for your submission. Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, sending an idea does not create a confidential, payment or ownership obligation. Do not send confidential business information before an appropriate agreement is in place.

7. Third-party services and links

The website may link to Amazon, Kobo, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, social-media platforms, event services, payment providers and other websites. These services have their own terms and policies. Globio Hub Institute is not responsible for their availability, content or practices.

8. Future sales, events and memberships

Book orders, event tickets, memberships or paid services may have additional terms, including prices, taxes, delivery, cancellation, refund, conduct, photography and eligibility rules. Those additional terms will be shown before purchase or registration and will apply together with these Terms.

9. No guarantee

We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that every page, link, date, price, release plan or third-party service will always be complete, current or error-free. We may correct, update, remove or postpone content and projects.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Globio Hub Institute and its directors, officers, contractors, contributors and partners are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website, reliance on general information, third-party services or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for reasonable losses or costs caused by your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms or your infringement of another person’s rights.

12. Changes and access

We may update the website or these Terms. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or misuse. Updated Terms take effect when posted unless another date is stated.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario. Subject to applicable consumer rights, disputes will be handled by the courts located in Ontario.
