About

A journey through education, business and starting again.

GlobioHub grew from a life that never fit into one title.

I have been a student, newcomer, employee, school owner, education leader, entrepreneur and writer. Each stage taught me something different about people, systems and growth. We do not finish learning when one chapter ends. We simply enter a new classroom.

The journey behind GlobioHub

Experience became useful only after I understood the lesson.

My story

I was born in Konak, Izmir, and grew up in Karatas. In 2014, I moved to Canada and had to learn many parts of life again.

I arrived with experience, but I still had to rebuild my place. I had to understand a new education system, a new work culture and a new way of communicating. That experience changed how I see students and newcomers. A person may have talent and ambition, but still need time, trust and clear guidance before they can show it.

Starting again did not erase what came before. It taught me how to use the past in a new way.

More than 13 years in education

Education has been the main part of my professional life for more than 13 years. I have worked across international education, admissions, recruitment, marketing, student services, partnerships and operations. I have led work across multiple campuses and worked with founders, owners, board members, education leaders, agents, students, families and community partners.

I also owned and operated a language school. Ownership taught me that every decision has two sides. It affects the student experience today and the future of the organization tomorrow.

What the work taught me

Students do not experience a school through one department. They experience the full journey.

A marketing message creates an expectation. An admissions conversation builds or breaks trust. A delayed answer can change a family’s decision. A weak process can make a good team look careless.

This is why I look at education through people, communication and operations together. When one part is disconnected, the whole experience can feel disconnected.

Technology is part of the story

I studied Computer Engineering and Technology. My career moved toward education, but that foundation still shapes how I think.

It helps me understand systems, workflows and the practical questions behind CRM, LMS, AI and digital tools. I do not present myself as a software engineer or an academic researcher. My role is to connect technology questions to real education needs—and to keep asking what should remain human.

Why I created GlobioHub

Different paths, one purpose.

I created GlobioHub to bring my different paths into one place. It gives me room to support education projects, explore technology ideas, publish books, record podcasts and build a thoughtful community.

The subjects are different, but the purpose is the same: to turn experience into something useful. We can learn from success, but we can also learn from mistakes, loss, uncertainty and beginning again.

I am still learning. GlobioHub is where I share the notes.
