Shipping and Returns

Canada shipping is currently CAD $7.99. The final shipping amount appears at checkout. Allow 8 to 13 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Tracking is sent when available.

Because the product is made to order, contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Production may begin quickly, so cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order is placed.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from the ordered item, email info@globiohub.com within 14 calendar days of delivery. Include the Shopify order number, a description and clear photographs. We will review the request and provide a replacement, refund or other remedy when appropriate.

Any change-of-mind return rule must be approved by the owner before publication. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable law.
